Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 2Hito mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service" or "2Hito").

By downloading, installing, or using 2Hito, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

2Hito provides baseball analytics, game statistics tracking, and stadium visit logging features for baseball fans.

• Free Service: Access to standard baseball statistics, basic tracking tools, and limited historical data.
• 2Hito Pro (Subscription): Access to premium features, advanced analytics, deep tracking insights, and enhanced personalization tools.

2. Accounts and Data

To use certain features of 2Hito, you may be required to create an account or connect via third-party authentication (such as Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You retain ownership of any data, photos, or logs you input into the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant 2Hito a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

3. Communications and Notifications

By creating an account or using the Service, you consent to receive communications from 2Hito via email and in-app notifications. These communications may include product updates, news, feature announcements, and administrative messages. You can manage your communication preferences or opt out of promotional messages at any time directly through the App Settings within the 2Hito mobile application.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellations

2Hito Pro is offered on a subscription basis (monthly, annually, or other intervals specified at the time of purchase).

• Billing: All subscriptions are handled and billed through the respective app store platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payments are subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your app store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. All refund requests must be processed directly through the respective app store; 2Hito cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use 2Hito to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Scrape, data-mine, or harvest data from the Service without explicit written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, compromise, or reverse-engineer the security and infrastructure of the application.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on 2Hito—including but not limited to the app design, branding, logo, software, UI, and proprietary analytics algorithms—are the exclusive property of 2Hito and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the app grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• "As-Is" Basis: 2Hito is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for absolute accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of the baseball statistics, scheduling, or analytics data provided.
• Third-Party Data: Statistical data and game information may be sourced from third-party providers. 2Hito is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball (MLB) or any individual baseball club.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2Hito and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our features, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or via an in-app announcement. Continued use of the app after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
